Replica 47mm / 3 Pounder Projectile

Hi,

I've just bought one of the '47mm vickers rupture' replica projectiles from Milcorem:

It measures 47x131mm. Am I right in thinking it is a copy of the WWI type 3 Pounder practice shot? If so, what would be the correct paint colours / markings for it?
