Research help needed with abbreviation aviation ordnance

I'm currently looking through some documents covering the Korean War conflict in relation to the use of the M83 butterfly bomb. I have come across an abbreviated reference that for the life of me I cant work out - can you help??
Its probably something obvious and it relates to what appears to be a discharger, but I cant work out what.... its listed as Wg CG's discr

I read it as being at " the discretion" of "Wg CG". Not sure if "Wg" is short for "Wing". No idea about "CG".
