RGD-5 (need help on origin)

The number inside the bullseye is a Bulgarian factory code, a marking typical of most Bulgarian ordnance.
 
Wow, I have absolutely no idea why I typed F1. I guess when I posted this I was working on inventory catalog (F1's among type I was updating ) & wasn't thinking. Or it must be how similar RGD-5 & F1 sound.
 
The fuze was made by the mechanical plant in Sevlievo. It was related to #22 (Maxam Bulgaria JSC, Gabrovo, former "Elovitsa") before and is in liquidation since 2010.
