Captured from the Iraqis in 1991. Roland is a French made, vehicle mounted missile system, I believe it was designed for surface to air use but please correct me if I am wrong. On the missile launch tube in photo 3: Two sets of figures in a circle indicate firing temperature limitations; two sets of figures in a square indicate storage temperature limitations.
