Russian 3,7cm Hotsckiss Baranovski

I obtained this Russian 3,7cm Hotchkuss Baranovski shell, and I have two questions;
A drawing of the powdercharge in the shellcase.
A replacement for the base fuze as this one is damaged. There is one for sale, but I still am not able to acces the site.

I got my awnsers ; the shellcase is filled with coarse black powder topped by a cartboard disc. A new fuze is underway.
