Russian Fuze I.D Needed

Can anyone offer any info on this fuze? Im assuming from the look of it that it is a Russian fuze. I can't find any info on the web about it, what type of fuze is it? what was it used on?

NSC-1 fuze was used with HE projectiles 76 - 100 mm. It is covered in East German manual. I would say this is Your case.
Not sure about the manufacturer but it was probably made outside USSR.

Out from the east german manual.
21 in circle is normaly the polish manufactur "Zaktady Matalowe MESKO SA, Skarzysko-Kamienna"
