Russian Mills Grenade???

Hello All,

got this mills from a friend. Looks like a Russian mills but some things seem strange such as the filler plug and the base plug's thickness.

Any information? Maybe from the Baltic states?

It is a modern copy of a No.23 MkIII - a couple of dozen were made in France or Belgium in the early 2000s. Dave (Millsbomber) has the info.

Here is an image from the internet of another copy, out of the same mould.
