Hi,
It's Russian anti-aircraft AG-2 bomb - incomplete.
And Yes, You have wrong fuze.
In AG-2 was used specially converted grenade UZRG fuze.
Mainly safety lever was modified.
I do not know the true nomenclature of this fuze.
Is little of information about AG-2.
I have one, unfortunately also without parachute container, and fuze.
