Russian WW1 Shrapnel Projectile

Pictured, alongside a British 13pdr shrapnel is a Russian WW1 vintage 76x385 shrapnel round dated 1905. The question remains as to the type of fuze and is it intact or missing the classic early Russian coolies hat design. The fuze is definately Russion well marked in Cyrillic script, on the range ring a Cyrillic D which probably means Dalnost or range (marked 10 to 160). Does anybody recognise this fuze? I would be surprised if it originally had a coolies hat on top as there does not appear to be any way to fix one to the aluminium cone. If someone has data on the correct paint marking that would be great. Glad to have your views.
