Sabotage zunder?

Looks quite suspect, me thinks. Being far away from the original shape, this item is most likely a postwar 'copy'.
 
I think you may have found an extremely uncommon example of a WW2 German UFA Chemical Delay used for sabotage, as identified by Enemy Sabotage Equipment (Identification) May 1945. If it has spent the last 70 or so years sealed in a test tube, that may explain the rather nice state of preservation. Please could we have a few more pictures at your convenience.

Some more pictures of zunder and test tube. Tube lenght approx. 10 cm. Total fuze weight without tube was 18 gr. Total fuze lenght was 85,5 mm.
