Schü mine 44 plywood or solid wood?

I have a Schü mine 42, it is made of about a 1/4" plywood. I would like to make up, for display, Schü mine 44 and a 400-Gram Schü mine. I have illustrations of them in the TM 5-223C Manual. My question is, were they also made of plywood or solid wood? The manual says the Schu mine 42 was made of plywood or pressed paper, mine is made of plywood. The others just say wood. Any help would be appreciated.

Mine is made of thin plywood. It most probably depended on the wartime resources of what was available locally.
