I'll try to translate what I can see, but if you can re-post with better stretching, it may help me.
It says:
"Снаряд бронепрожыгающий = Projectile AP-I" in big letters on top, the writing which is sideways.
It is difficult to read at the bottom, plus I am a small calibre guy, but it says that it is a 76mm round for a field gun model 19something, made 8/43 (Aug,1943).
Letter "Ж" probably refers to "железо" = "steel".
