Shell carrier 105mm Feldhaubitze WW2

I have been offered this shell carrier for what I have identified to be for a 105mm Feldhaubitze.

The item is complete and in great condition (for age) with a lot of the original paint finish to the metal parts, the wood is also ok, a bit dry but with TLC this item could be restored.
The dimensions are; 52cm x 13.5cm x 14.5cm, it is WA stamped and has several other markings A Z 2 ?? and more.

As I do not collect WW2 German items I have no idea of the value, can anyone help?

Would it be worth more if it was restored?

Tis item seems to be in pretty nice original condition and I would not do anything, except possibly smoothly clean the wood with a dry soft brush. These are plenty around and in this condition I would say 25-50 Euros.

AZ 2 is a possible fuze for the 10,5cm FeldHaubitze.
