Shell case ID please

I have a question about this case, which cannon used of this kind case and is it correct length or it`s cut? Sry, I don`t have any better pics and dimensions.

Hello

i mean it is a french export case for the 76,2mm (3 inch) gun .
Used by Russia , and Germany (in the russian (beute) anti aircraft gun ).

ps : French, english , german, russian ... hstps exist .
