Shell Fuxe Caps (Trench Art)

Please can anybody help I.D. these fuze protection caps that have been used for this piece of Trench Art, I'm certain that they are WW2 and the only marking that can be seen plainly on inset 3 are No 206 I N Fl they could be Navy due to Royal Marine Badge. greatful for any idea's John REgards
