I guess no one has this book ! How does one make an inquiry at the Royal Navy / archives
Museum any more ? wWhere might one find WW1 Navy small arms documents, changes, alterations issues
etc. The incoming Ross bayonets must have generated something in orders ?
Ian Skennerton has 2 bayonet books but both are currently out of print. I just checked his latest listings.
1. British & Commonwealth Bayonets.
2. Handbook on British bayonets.

Actually there is a 3rd one: "Australian Service Bayonets" [ISBN 0959743812], first published in 1976 - initially couldn't find it due to the 2" layer of dust!
He's an interesting character - met him at a gun show a couple of years ago..............
Yes I forgot this edition. Mine was also dust-stained from lack of use and I sold it.
I realised I did not need to add bayonet collecting to my addiction list. Cheers.Ron.
