Something you should not use to prop up a M60

out on the range the other day i spotted a 2.75 HE warhead being used to prop up a M60 tank.

OK, I can see that it is the top half of a 17 lb warhead broken in half as they quite often do, or a 10 Lb warhead, and the fuzewell looks broke off also. So is the Comb B4 still inside, or is it burned out?
 
luckly it wasn't fuzed, but they used a 165 hesh to hold up the other side
