Soviet 76,2mm 53-УОФ-353 and 53-УОФ-353М projectile

Hi guys,
I have a nice projectile and as far as I was able to Id it, it's a 53-УОФ-353 or 53-УОФ-353М
Does any of you guys know more about this one?

It's possible that it was produced for a Курчевского БПК gun and modified in the late 30's to be used in 1927 Divisional Gun.
