I thought this line up would interest you to show some 30mm of different types, all inert.
On the left, a regular 30mm Rarden, for scale.
Centre is a 30mm Lockless, with the projectile inside the plastic case.
Right is 30mm folded
All take similar Gau8/Rarden 30mm size projectiles.
I understand the idea of developing these unusual rounds was to save on space and weight. The Lockless and Folded are certainly shorter than the Rarden round, perhaps the Lockless takes up less space as its thinner also, but the Folded one seems huge in comparison.
