Hi, Found these online being offered on a classic car website for 180, the advert said "ideal for putting garden", snapped them up as the stell ones seem to be harder to find than the ali versions. Having received them through the post they had the usual post war paint splattered over the top, have used a bit of thinners and revealed original markings underneath. The problem is the thinners is a bit hit or miss with different thicknesses of paint etc. Anyone have any tips on how to remove the post war paint without effecting the wartime paint underneath??
