I just got this item. Had no idea what it was when I got it, the guy that gave it to me thought it was a german item from WW1..... After some research I came across the Stokes 3" mortar round and it looks just like this. Any other info on it would be great, and what kind of value it has in this condition. It looks like a ground dug and missing fuze.
