I have been contacted by someone who has the item in the pictures below. Pretty sure its either a 350lb or 500lb drop container for 20lb frag bombs and British. They would like a definite identification, rough idea of price and if anyone is interested in buying it perhaps they could send me a pm.

Hi Daz,

The container is a 500lb cluster container minus the tail unit.
The container held 14 x 30lb J-type incendiary bombs.

Cluster Projectile 500lb No4. Mk1

hope this helps
