Scaling the image gives the projectile a length that is almost 130 mm, i.e. its length-to-diameter ratio is about 6.5.
The length of a HE projectile for the round is about 90 mm, whilst the AP about 70 mm.
As the projectile's length-to-diameter is high, with most spin-stabilised projectiles no more that 6-7, and that it is made from low density aluminium alloy and not steel, it unlikely to be stable when fired from the 20 mm pansarvärnsgevär m/42 recoilless gun.

All what you say is great and i dont disbelieve you, one other thing i did not mention, the seller also said that the filling within the projectile acted as a booster, all sounds a bit Iffy, but it took my fancy, i have had in the past had other Swedish 20mm Rcl,s with the AP-T projectiles and the packing case for 5 rounds, i will find something to put into the hole at the base of the projectile to see what depth the cavity is

As you said, all sounds a bit iffy? The amount of whatever (propellant I guess) the person is saying that would fit in the hollow centre of the projectile, would be negligible compared to that of the case's capacity. From old Swedish documents, the case's charge loading is about 100 g of propellent for the HE, AP, and practice projectiles, which respectively weight about 115, 136 and 110 g.
Though the projectile has the shape of an over-length AP, it's made aluminium alloy, which is utterly useless for penetrating armour at conventional projectile speeds.
Maybe it's some form of dummy round?
