Swedish 20x145R Bofors M/40C Sub-Cal

I have two Swedish 20x145R that seem to be M/40C Sub-Cal cases.
I tried to make sense of the headstamps which I think are manufacture, year and lot number but ask for help.

1. No primer but is 9mm diameter, no groove above rim and two punch stabs on the rim (reload marks?).Who is GB?

2. Has an 8mm primer diameter and a groove above the rim. Two different 8 digit number codes.
