tail fin to ID

could you help me to ID thes tail unit please?

Diameter of the rear body 180mm - thus we speak of a 50kg order bomb
Lenght of the fins 24cm with "ribbing" on the fins
Would you have some more details? where did you find it?
 
found a couple if this fin in Italy, both same color. No visible marking.
could be french?
 
The general shape of the fin and the struts indeed "have a French flavour" but these dimensions do not correspond to any known French bomb - a fin length of 240mm goes generally on French bombs with a body diameter of 120mm not 180mm. The "ribbing" is also uncommon on French bomb fins as well as the light blue-grey colour.
Ths does not see either to be a German or an Italian bomb tail.
