Teller mine, and wooden box

I have just bought one of the teller mine boxes, that seem to be selling everywhere just now. Box is great, but my repro teller mine will not fit. Does anyone have a photo of a mine in the wooden box? Is my repro oversized, or were teller mines different sizes?

Mike

Mike, what kind of Teller do you mean?
Those wooden crates are used only for T.Mi.42 and T.Mi.43 ... Size is the same, but they have different inlays ... the T.Mi.35 does not fit.

You say if I recut the inserts the M35 should fit? How is the mine packed with the fuse in or out and which way does it go in box, top up or down?

Mike

No, that wasn't what I've meant! You should have a look on this site: wehrmachts.kisten.free.fr to learn a lot about engineer-packaging.On BOCN also threads about that topic have been written some years ago here in the mine-section!
