This is a war time infomercial (only enemy make propaganda) designed to recruit and lift morale at a criitical time during the war https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0036823/. Very business like, straight forward and succinct. Notice an island called Formosa on one of the many maps in this movie. This island used to belong to Japan, but after the war US allowed a war time ally to administer the affairs on this island. Little did they think that this ally may lose a civil war at home and escape to the security of this island. And now this little mishap will probably give grandiose headaches to everyone around the world.
