A interview documentary with David Cornwell (whom most people know by his pen name John de Carre) https://www.imdb.com/title/tt28486633/. A world renowned spy novel author, who actually worked for British MI5 and MI6, tells the story of his life, including personal observations from the Cold War era. Very interesting if you like minute details of the time long gone. Very spontaneous, you'll feel like you a part of his story.
