time fuze TMR-44 for 140mm decoy rockets used in the PK-2 launcher system. The decoy dispenser system is intended to give the surface ships a short-range decoy capability. Its rounds form decoys (gas fiber) used to protect the ship against guided weapons fitted with radar or optical guidance systems.

As seen, the clockwork is very simular to the german time fuze Zt.Z. S/30.
