Training Bomb ID Help

Picked up this item recently in the UK and having trouble with a positive ID
I think it is some form of training bomb minus the tail section and fuze.
The dimensions are 455mm long and 130mm diameter. The fuze hole diameter is 35mm.
The only marking is 1/57Y stamped on the lug which appears to be part of the holding mechanism.
I was thinking some form of RAF training bomb but not seen anything like it in the usual sources.

I'm 99% sure that it's the nose section of a 100 lb Practice Bomb dating from the late 1950's-early 1960's. It was dropped by V bombers. The centre section contained the Smoke and Flash charge; the tail section was empty. I've loaded quite a few but haven't seen one since those days.
