TS-13 Soviet Rocket Motor

Can anyone tell me anything about the Soviet TS-13 (translated from TC-13) rocket motor? I know it has a PP-9 igniter in it, but thats all I know. I don't have any pictures of it, or measurements. Just thought I would put it out there and see what people might have. Any information would be good.
