Turkish lead coated projectile

Can anyone decipher the marking on this shell?

It is, I assume, Turkish. It is 7.5cm in diameter and weighs around 7 lb. The construction is very similar to the British projectiles of the period but the adapter and fuze I believe are Turkish. TIA
