unidentified 11mm GRAS (?) headstamp

hi everyone, another odd headstamp that I am unable to identify. The round is not mint but has unusual headstamp characters, can anyone identify it? Many thanks in anticipation

I believe what you have is a Japanese 11mm Murata cartridge....Pete.

Good lord, what a wierd thing to find even in that condition, and especially as, according to its previous owner, it was found in a river! Thank you for taking the trouble to respond Peter, Dave
