Unidentified Mills grenade

I would like to identify this grenade. Apparently its a Mills grenade but it has no filling plug and the base plug has no inscrptions. Thank you.

it's a WW1 No 36 body that has been converted to a money box . This is not unusual . Hope this helps .
 
JCC is the James Cycle Company. Looks like an unfinished casting that was sold off in 1919 or shortly thereafter to make WW1 Souvenir items, such as moneyboxes or ink wells.
