Picked up a couple of rounds today both are the same size
one has 4 dimples around the kneck the other has what looks like aribic writting on the base the projectiles look to be about 15mm Dia,anybody enlighten me please thanks

The one on the left looks Russian to me.

Looks like Russian 14.5x114. The case with the flutes is a dummy round.

Definitely 14.5 x 114 Soviet.

The left hand round is a Chinese dummy round made by Factory 41 in 1966 and the right hand round is I think Syrian. The date is either 71 or 76 as the second character in the 6 o'clock position is unclear.
