Who can identify this metal Small Arms Ammunition belt for around 250 cartridges.

This is a fine specimen of the 7,9mm belt for the 08 Maxim designed and made by Simson, Suhl, Germany. It is made of stainless steel. The gun had two feed blocks, one for the Simson belt and one for fabric belts. The belt runs through the gun with the pointed tongue underneath the cartridge.
