Unknown 13.x mm Swiss round

Can anybody identify the shown round? The case measures 13.6x96.3R21.4 mm. It is dated 1934 and Swiss made.

Interesting.......also the previous long-cased 13mm you asked about. Could you please cross post these on the IAA Forum?
 
From wk2ammo.com a user mentioned this is an experimental 13,5x96 round. No further information. I will try to post it on IAA, but I am not active on that forum. Should I be? ;-)
