Unknown 15 or 16 mm Polte experimental

Hello guys,

can aynyone tell something about this strange case? Rim diameter is 27,9 mm and case lenght 112 mm. Caliber 15 or 16 mm, neck is spread out, 15 mm projectile from MG 151 is loose, but not much.
