The No281 Fuze /Tracer is a Mk 1. There was only a Mk1 and there is a distinct full stop (point US) after the first '1'. I do not know what that shorter vertical is. (connect with individual 281 thread).

British Projectile made by Hadfields Ltd in 1936.

Canadian Case made by Robert Mitchell Co., Ltd., in 1942. Also, it was a case for an HE round.

British primer made by Acme Wringers Ltd., in 1944, filled by ROF Chorley in 1944.
