Unknown 37, 38 or 38,1 mm Nordenfelt?

Shell case is unreliably measured but it is stated as a 37-ish (could also be 38 or 38,1) mm with a length of 132 mm and a rim diameter of 52 mm. I suspect it is of Nordenfelt design and the projectile on the left goes with the shell case. Anybody able to ID it and even better, show your example from your collection?

With rotating bands that low niether would fit in a case ?
The small one could just be a miniature of something much larger.
The case has the look of a Hotchkiss, but one needs to see the base
for possible markings.
