Some unknown for me 37mm AP-T projectile.
Possible Russian orgin ( tracer are the same like in AP-T projectiles for NS-37mm ).
Post war production.

the only models I found similar to yours are the 37 mm Patr BT or BZT, 37 mm Patr UBR 167 and 37 mm Patr UBR 167-N of former east-Germany.
But, they are respectively 167, 162 and 164 mm long !!!
These three shells are post 2nd war.
I think you should must look in this direction.
