Unknown 40mm grenade

I belive it is a smoke grenade but it is unknown to me so any inputs are welcome.

To me... it look like a M918 TP projectile, minus the rotating band. Holes were drilled for FFE purposes...

I think it is from sweden,it is swedish markings: manufacture 392 .year of production 00 and lotnumber.

Its the practicegrenade wit a little charge for the 40mm granatspruta 40x53
