Unknown 60 mm shell, probably German Ww1

Who knows this shell, 60mm dia, long complete 290 mm, body w/o fuze 240 mm. Three grooves below the driving belt, driving belt 26mm above base, and width driving belt 10 mm fired. Inside the head is a removable copper bushing, the fuze is a dummy.
Any ideas?
