it's a Yugoslavian 75 mm shrapnell (austro-hungarian design). These fuzes are of yugoslavian manufacture but the shell itself was most probably made from reused and slightly changed austro-hungarian material. It was once a "Granatschrapnell" but the head-piece is converted to fit the normal shrapnel fuze (which was originally intented for other projectiles). Overall a little strange mixture
