Unknown 75x218R90

I have the shown 75x218R90 case. It could be a cut-down 75x277R90, but then it is cut extremely well! The headstamp reminds me a bit of a mix of Dutch and Swedish, but I cannot place it.

Primer: S 2 (the Dutch 75x277R90 a.k.a. "7-veld" uses a primer #2).
Case head stamp: "H" "L" "05" and "05 striked through with some unreadable marks". I assume 05 is for 1905.

Can anybody confirm the country and/or type of gun?

the Italian Obice da 75/18 used a case 218mm long ....but I don't know its rim diameter...
not that it looks like an Italian headstamp, so this is probably not much help

Italian 75/18 used a 228mm long case.
