Unknown 85 mm Projectile - Please help

Found this over the week end. 85 mm measured over the driving band. 490 mm in length. I suspect that it is South African. Has been painted over. The projectile has no base and is hollow.

looks like a 84mm 20pdr BE smoke round,
sure someone else will add more info

Certainly looks like the same thing. 20 pounder is and was used extensively in South Africa.

Total Length with fuze: 480 mm

With out fuze: 377 mm
