unknown 90mm projectile

I have had this for years and not known what it is
length 290mm
dia of proj 90mm
drive band dia 95mm
fuze hole 2''
weight 12lbs
appears to be solid with a brass tube running all the way to the bottom
no stampings on drive band
probably some sort of drill round

I wondered if it was a 3.7in and I was going to do a cutaway with it due its bad condition,now it will make an awesome cutaway being a shrapnel

id better check that it dosent have a bursting charge in it before I get into it with a grinder
