Hello,

Who know what the abbreviation SAA IFFF means after the text 6 x 1000 lb GP. Has that something to do which the fuzing, or with the bombs themselves?

Maybe SAA = Small Arms Ammunition and has IFFF something to do with flares / Flame floats ???
 
Antoon, Which bomber / squadron used this bombload and when? If UK and WW2, 6x1000lb GP sounds like a Manchester's bombload - This can help to identify the meaning of these letters.

This was from a Manchester bomber from 106 Squadron in March 1942
