Unknown bomb tail fin ID

Below are pictures of bomb tail fin that I'm looking to ID. No markings and what the body appears to have been magnesium, as in incendiary, as it appears burnt. The diameter is approximately 10cm and the fins are slightly bent on the end to aid spin. Any thoughts on what this is/was? TIA

It seems to be a variant with a reinforcing ring of the 2 kg elektronbrandbomb m 38:

This would put the date of your bomb around 1940.
 
This is indeed a stamp of Bofors from 1936. This raises the question of why the ring is absent from the series model that entered in service in 1938.
Above all, if we consider that reinforcing rings became a characteristic of Bofors bomb production from 1938 onwards.
