Unknown British Base fuze

Maybe somebody knows what is the model of the British Base Fuse?

It is clearly marked Elswick Ordnance Company (EOC). That dates it between 1847 and past the end of WWI (Approx 1927). By the numbers on it, it looks like it could have been manufactured January of 1895.
